Total Accounting are a cutting edge accountancy firm that are at the vanguard of an industry that is being shaken up by technological advances. Using digital practices, in particular, automation and AI, they are the new breed of accountancy firm. They had a website that was by most standards, very good. But very good is not good enough for the Total Accounting team, and so they asked us to provide them with a new site that was unrivalled in accountancy.

We worked closely with the team on the discovery phase of this project, that resulted in a very clear and valuable project brief that allowed us to plan and design a new website that has become an integral tool for the business. It functions as a central focus for their sales process, helping with drawing in new clients, on-boarding them and servicing them in what will be a long and mutually beneficial business relationship

We introduced a new colour palette to the brand, as it needed contrasting colours to help with bringing the users attention to elements on the website that we want them to be drawn to. It also gave the brand a more sophisticated and professional look.

A major aspect of our design is a focus on lead generation, making it easy for any site visitor to make contact at any given point of a website visit, whether that be by phone, live chat or a contact form. We strategically placed call to actions at conversion hot spots on each page, and at all times make the call now (on mobile) and live chat facility easily accessible.

To get a feeling for the size of the business and give users reassurance that they are not a faceless online company, we shot some drone footage of their premises. We also took all of the photography for the site, including staff headshots, client and staff interactions. This was planned after we had designed the wireframes so we knew exactly what shots we needed.
