We designed the marketing material for an InchDairnie Distillery and British Airways collaborative project as part of British Airways centenary celebrations.
British Airways want their passengers to share in the celebrations of their 100th year. So they partnered with InchDairnie Distillery, to create a limited edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky that will be sold by the cask. BA showcased InchDairnie’s exclusive Centenary Cask programme at the airline’s new highly anticipated club lounge in New York’s JFK.
Just twelve casks are being offered exclusively to BA customers, and each cask will have its own unique taste profile. The cask-aged spirit will also be decanted into 300 limited-edition bottles that will be served exclusively on British Airways flights in 2031.
They needed promotional material for the PR drive and a brochure for the ultra-exclusive Centenary Cask programme.
Using curated photography that was shot at one of InchDairnie’s whisky bonds, capturing the process of the BA casks being filled and branded, we put together a brochure intended for a limited print run and a digital brochure for a PR push.
We used a copper foil for the InchDairnie logo on the brochure cover and chose a soft touch matt stock to make the logo really stand out. The matt stock also complimented the atmospheric photography, helping to add to the sense of capturing the special moment in time when the whisky began its 12 year journey from new make liquid to an exquisite whisky.
